The BOABC is engaged in providing education, training professional development services to its membership on a regular and continual basis. In doing so, the BOABC receives, collects retains and maintains both the general and specific personal information of its membership.
What do we collect?
In utilizing the BOABC website, and in providing personal information to the BOABC electronically and otherwise, and by providing such information, and by accessing or logging into this or other BOABC offerings as to education, training, professional development and/or general interest, a member acknowledges, agrees and consents to the receipt, collection, retention and maintenance of such general and specific personal information of the member by the BOABC.
Consent
In so acknowledging, agreeing, and consenting, the member hereby waives claim against the BOABC for the said receipt, collection, retention and maintenance of such general and specific personal information of the member by the BOABC.
